We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

5 n) t2 g6 a0 C7 J5 v7 j        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
' O- D, s4 X+ {; C" X        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

, z5 N1 n7 ?8 @2 q9 L9 v        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
( P3 S6 l  T6 x1 r, u, I        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
- s' U6 S5 ~+ r! v7 c        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
# e8 Y4 S% a3 p" G: P5 X        Procurement and service contract management;
' @2 c, a; i8 F        General building management;
' ~. _/ S- s3 _' [( r        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
6 s2 O6 p: _- R        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
