+ \! y4 L" x; ^. q+ e5 @$ v1 c4 ^We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

# ~+ M: w; r  ]; k0 uEducational requirement:  
# s$ [! U% h; S/ {        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
- S% F5 v3 j" I4 ]# z        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

* [" M$ ?" ^9 K5 ^2 yOther requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
1 f6 w9 G' o& `& _6 W        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
. g* K8 E7 ^" [3 H" q1 C        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
