, e0 t( F1 g4 b4 LWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
; @) V! t( E. E$ X/ E        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
2 C+ n+ [& o# T4 G2 Q: p5 w        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
* G3 U, ^% P9 _$ i- R+ g4 w        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
( T' z1 K: Q3 r& J; }% v) f        General building management;
, w; Q; |, r' R( Q8 E$ Y        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
* U6 g$ I' f( E        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
