We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

1 j4 N# {# S. i' T; f" B        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

) B. |" V, i4 T& H2 BOther requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
7 m5 Q+ z& n4 S! S        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;

        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
) e* `/ b: F7 y+ R0 q* G        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
