We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
$ C$ L/ I0 N; N. k! a1 i        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
+ b8 f9 O, [, k1 a/ P, [* R        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
4 x$ n$ m4 T8 x) ^        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
6 z' i/ _. g, f! Z6 o, }9 b        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
# j4 B- Q6 Y4 d/ B. s7 R        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
