We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
% B1 F5 \! S3 o& ^, F        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
- e* ~4 T$ ]7 }& E1 D3 i' ]        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

' t0 y$ \* Q, F3 `* i  [Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
* g/ R$ {+ L6 X( f! v- i) u        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
. t' }( ?9 O! i$ ~% x# S        Procurement and service contract management;
6 U, @* @- V6 K  b, y9 q: J* ~        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
7 V2 \0 y$ d9 }) v$ |; I# n        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
