+ z- t) @: B( r( X2 g6 RCHANGE FOR CHILDREN ASSOCIATION (CFCA) is an Alberta-based, charity with 33 years of experience working for sustainable, community development in Latin America and Africa and providing a comprehensive global education program in Canada. CFCA is lead by a volunteer Board of Directors and a small, flat-structured core staff which includes: International Projects Program Manager, Education/Public Engagement Program Manager and Funds Development Program Manager. • Complete data entry in various programs.

• Maintain an organized filing system for office records, meeting minutes, government registrations and donor records; Process annual government and charitable registrations forms.

• Order and organize office supplies; Manage and maintain office systems and environment including policy and procedures manual and office operations manual.

• Maintain organizational calendar of events, meeting coordination and up to date membership lists of committees and groups.

• Manage mail outs for fund development or education purposes with support of Program Managers.

• Support management of online publicity and communication tools.

• Weekly out-of-office errands as required (get cheques signed by Board members, drop off grant applications, and pick up office supplies). These errands will require personal transport.

• Provide logistical support for key fundraising events such as silent auctions

$ {* R, E4 t; v9 `• In conjunction with the Funds Development Program Manager, maintain donor database and ensure delivery of timely charitable receipts., G$ f7 f+ G9 `' N) O: b7 ~+ D w. B

• Coordinate volunteers for some fundraising events such as Casino and annual sales events.1 s0 G' c0 h8 |1 e+ x

6 Z; d1 R' r' w# o0 B9 ?• Assist in administrative tasks related to donor recognition and event reconciliation as required.

Skills and Qualifications: Education or work experience in office administration and experience with non-profit organizations an asset. Excellent communication and administrative skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong administrative and computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook or Outlook Express; Willingness to train on other relevant software; Very strong teamwork and time-management skills; commitment to social justice and sustainable community development.8 W" G5 }$ G* j- @6 b
