• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

% k1 j" ]. M' S  F6 w  R• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.

6 [1 A+ S  y5 `' e3 z. ]/ y/ G% p• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
% n' |/ z$ t  J: i; `• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
2 ~' v: @1 I* C' P• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
- C9 ]; X7 ?7 i* y• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
# j1 P5 B3 V1 H/ Q: \• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
/ h7 B0 t1 e) c8 |• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
1 n* E  H1 K3 D1 U* w, n• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
6 A- t. C1 x% r• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
" ^/ M9 B6 [! a9 {# O, T0 |• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
9 Z% n% O9 Q2 `8 ^1 B' W2 G• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
- a% O$ p: |8 B% x4 e• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
* D" \+ b) I' s" ^5 w) @+ f  O# y5 _• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
$ O- @, J/ Q- X" s: U• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
6 o& b4 K6 b4 B# M; `• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
- K$ g) S& R7 n: y• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
( S' J/ r  }1 \7 u• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

7 y5 u( E8 r9 r2 Z+ vEducation / Experience
  G7 g$ i5 ^# L' R% D4 S• Grade 12 / GED.
) \. V" K  p1 f; k! B• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
3 j+ J* Z5 K5 t7 X• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
' `& }; c7 m) [4 a• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
4 P9 h3 m8 d9 E• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
