• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.
• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
. o, X, a" b5 A3 r0 E- r& U• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
9 _! S/ |) q& E7 g• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
8 P# m* T6 u' }8 g  ]8 m. s* W% ]% l• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
0 K' K; q; i: h$ p• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
- J. A1 K9 B0 O4 W• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
% O( h9 Q  b( m$ i: z) A$ t" Q• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
0 n/ o3 d8 c6 D& U: @• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
! m. O% G' z- ?6 A5 b" F) [; k• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
/ o) y8 f! X7 ?2 @5 i' [# |8 Z; H* Q• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

. D7 j( [) `5 w4 W• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
! M0 L" ~8 v+ r4 @• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
/ c# J/ c$ G! T, q2 x• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
  _! m& @' y- a* u• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
% V7 d! [! M0 W: J. k/ l. e• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
9 s" j, k9 V/ D3 k/ o7 E' i• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
/ L! N8 b/ }% o. f• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

4 \$ O; t+ A7 Y- O/ u1 x  L7 HEducation / Experience
7 S4 x" j7 ?. p4 p/ Y; C6 {5 s+ r• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
6 _0 G* i3 I+ p. Q. B• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
$ R' p4 v' K- W$ u* ^3 z2 L: A• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
3 \$ u- f% z& g0 @• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
