place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.

" {5 @4 p7 T4 j4 ~, H- G- x• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
5 z8 W+ q: T6 h6 N; z  J• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
. F% O- M) n( V# E+ l• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
  G9 \! \4 e# E1 L• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
: _# _1 z# n9 t4 v5 U* Y# L• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
! C3 u4 k( S& T* t* \• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
2 @. b# d) |& f• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
0 F3 H; Z/ n3 O4 ~  l( o2 V• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
; y8 V3 w1 n+ K• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
" H8 D( r, L! N; t• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
9 a- M6 I* G/ {0 T8 `8 `resolution.
- q9 N& K2 g0 d• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
$ }# u8 ?5 t7 i) y• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
$ q9 w* k  m0 F% z1 y+ Y• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
0 w. _0 _. I7 y: N1 T$ I• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
$ z+ u0 d5 d/ `( {) z" q8 t# W4 G• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
8 `7 ~* O. Q9 ^1 o; d  r$ g! W" ?• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
7 h& f, f$ o* }4 U. X# U• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
( R! h5 T1 j. ^3 _) q8 L2 K• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
  H, {  d  b3 {3 k• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
