• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

0 Z) A/ M& B+ V. I4 \distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
( I! o! s9 H6 Eplace (person), at the right time, for the right cost.

# w+ M1 `4 |, k5 ~) p• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
- l8 F, Q, `; s+ w) Y9 U; v• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
6 a' I* [1 `! Y• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
" v4 M. W6 T% v, j• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
2 f4 O. ?& b% Z; z* G• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
4 k+ N0 f% j6 B. }. Y# A• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
8 m% E  v7 d( j) n5 W5 d. I" A• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
0 q% |) M( g" x% ]: T/ ]( p) cresolution.
  u2 K, z& Q( {* o$ }" T• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
; w0 K: C% p/ D. }• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
) P/ H, L& ^- `" }1 U/ S• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- \; x- V: n# y8 I) Z" q. ~( |& k% E• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
. g6 D: Q9 @! `) ^9 e  w! l• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
  n& w% d5 Y3 I5 F+ d• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
2 k6 C  |5 P% V0 V3 O• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
8 r8 |1 S- U7 c' X8 H! G• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

  k- Q5 D4 V" F  B8 UEducation / Experience
  A) `) M& h; Y% l' X# p• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
; U3 c3 a* k' t( X8 Q. M  @• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
: g, [, O& v4 m/ D' V* d# Z' W" Y• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
