Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

: c0 f/ Z9 J) @' B7 H• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
$ j  K$ k3 e% _) h. }& N7 g" B' T1 qdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.

, z1 ^. J. I5 C  h. W8 g• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

: D- ?1 c9 W9 }5 j• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
3 ]$ w) J, @6 g, ~• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
( P% r' M/ T8 ^• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
; a' Y- D- \7 a' P7 P• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
) T% T1 ~" E% U• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
7 h4 P' s# [7 g( @1 _% L& w• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
6 `+ t( z3 x! Q: l3 Q8 b• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
' F0 o: A* E2 a6 V0 O' q5 u9 @/ f• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

7 N- n+ c0 `( [3 n  |• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
4 Q- W8 D/ S0 o• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
3 `2 o; m. m6 d+ x7 k2 E! T• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
/ v$ F( N+ o. D: R. {9 v) b• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
2 M7 k2 x% I! z/ u# @  ~• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
  }5 n  b1 z3 m# m• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
+ c; O  l4 S: ~  Z0 r) i, t6 t• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.


5 t" Y3 O# o! k$ E% l/ o) zEducation / Experience
' M/ `  d0 o# j( P% R+ `• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
0 n. V6 @- g2 J• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
. c0 g  d. W7 u; c• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
1 I, d( w1 S2 A9 M: @• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
