Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
' x4 d n k. D7 T! z. o• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
, ?- P: F/ s" y: e• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments./ `0 T! O; O8 R7 q
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. 2 D: J5 |2 ?4 k- ~
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. p9 n5 U( g) [# u& d3 X# J
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
1 q$ L r$ V- t0 \7 v7 u6 h• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. $ H4 a+ i! D0 P# o
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.0 _& I& x& c, G( X2 W: h
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. # j' s$ _/ b8 \- r: \
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
3 @' o/ y6 [. }( q1 G* W• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.# M0 o/ S u9 r Y& q' s
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.3 h0 f$ Q( B9 a
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.- Z) f$ J' B$ W
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
a+ n# \2 N I- d1 z2 Z6 I/ p1 ~, B• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.. r; t5 N! f0 `8 }# Y0 r" t
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

& z6 P, l2 r) W/ I• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
% e& b0 \+ ]& |• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.' k. m, W# M6 _, ?
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.9 M% s4 m* j5 x1 M
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
- v( }# h" K4 G1 ?6 @1 U& G• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
" v" |( _% x C r4 p. l( k7 m: d• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner : S0 z( b0 k& c8 b
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). 5 c3 z- s: y# _0 e0 n8 Q
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
' k. O: s- {% r- }• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
1 m! q8 E( \! z2 s( E( i• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment ; B1 P' Z# n8 }% W
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
' K3 X4 ?0 T' x* U• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
# n. h' K0 W6 _- ~+ a• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.8 c: h- J! o) x# ?
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
& O2 K7 @' x1 x' A3 U# n• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.; a8 m& V# E" L7 r5 S

+ q9 [; U: @' REducation / Experience
0 P! V+ Y8 L: b• Grade 12 / GED.
- t& x1 G: @1 H2 D5 U7 K2 |• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
# T7 J% t! ]8 M• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. & ^* L' K: p* R: ^# L
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 1 O5 y& e2 n! h' v* ~# w. T
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 5 n; x) c! C' i4 r. D' u" i
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
# m/ h$ {/ L: t( b9 C! Z• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
