请问北边的BELLE RIVE区好在哪里？跟西贸边的ELMWOOD比哪个更好？

曾听人说BELLE RIVE是个好区。但指哪方面？学校，治安，购物。。。在西贸边的ELMWOOD看上一个房子，独立耗子，60年代的2层4房2厅，。在BELLE RIVE的是个很新的TOWNHOUSE 3房。室内面积，价格插不多，有点举棋不定。请大家给点建议。谢谢。

Thanks for your reply. Same price. One in elmwood is 170 squre meters, and one is Belle rive is 150 square meters.
