A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answer multi line telephone system

• Arrange courier services for all departments+ l- F4 z# y9 o4 ^( G) ~
• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers1 ]0 z8 y, y9 k

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail

• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency

) l5 b. j! i% K+ B& [! e) E7 @• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments ! i4 e/ |, N8 E( p6 v! ~3 H" j

• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures) G2 r* b9 q7 }. A9 ?
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
' A0 I3 l N1 D+ I- g4 r• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
! ^9 l8 p( c1 q* k• Excellent verbal and written communications skills 8 C3 j3 e: M3 C( r) e8 e* P& s- s2 B
