Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. Hope someone will share what they know. I think it would help those who are in the hunting process.

3. wider stairs vs. standard one (36"). 9 u- K/ R |0 E9 b2 m4 a4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof. 8 T) v$ }, k7 W* I: D4 k5. Cathedral ceiling vs. 8 ft ceiling.% x5 e3 _+ u% w7 k. a

A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.
