Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. Hope someone will share what they know. I think it would help those who are in the hunting process.

3. wider stairs vs. standard one (36").. v3 O% Z. z% K
4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof. ( Q7 g* ?# e7 }1 ?) y5. Cathedral ceiling vs. 8 ft ceiling.8 U' d; v+ _) m9 `7 c5 T

A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.
