Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. Hope someone will share what they know. I think it would help those who are in the hunting process.

4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof.0 l; K8 p: v; n5 m' R8 ~+ ^
5. Cathedral ceiling vs. 8 ft ceiling. 9 N; V& s& I/ v6. .................
A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.
