# j3 ]; \3 k: z/ v1 K1 j原因是：各功能区可以很好的分开；采光比平房好；楼梯带来的装饰美感；还有就是便宜（相同面积的2storey和bungalow比较）。
1 E8 Y$ r# v( [( R8 \2 X4-level split感觉上分的太琐碎了，随便从哪儿到哪儿都得上下几阶楼梯。
! k7 X, j: X) ^; x8 D* c  G( Z自己的感觉，不知道说的对不对。

如果不考虑地价，当然是bangolaw最好了，方便，不用楼上楼下的，适合老人孩子。

# n% i, Z! D/ O, e( b
- U' q7 ~% F2 q1 S" s* P最不喜欢的就是4 level split.

I like bungalow because it's more convinient. We are living in a 2 story right now and there are too much running around, upstairs and downstairs. It make me tired.
