出国的时候时间仓促没来得及公证毕业和学位证，不知道edmonton哪里有没有中文件公证服务呢？

我问过新移民服务中心可以办，但是要排期等。

其他可以找toronto或者vancouver的翻译公司，translation + notary 一条龙服务。
