有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。7 k- g( I& q6 N' Z# v
* ?; s- S* D" b. k& R( A做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
