Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:

Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)
- M/ t6 x) |( V5 e
A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.

/ V. p* f. `, z- F/ WI am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

4 i2 E5 W* v. j# c0 E9 UI think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

你是用XP吗？想想当初你装OS时候是否将支持东方语言的软件包同时安装上呢？
