1 c! [  R( E, ]/ U. zKey Responsibilities:
) j4 ^) ]- O, ?( S- F% g, u4 ~; k% ? To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
% N  p, l) x/ Z5 G: K2 x" a To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
7 K$ o- B7 k  S' r  n To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
! \. C6 D6 ], F& l- R To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
3 S" B' A$ C9 ^) i# P To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

" p" @- Z3 x. @/ x; M# zQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
) E- {2 {, Y9 ~4 e& u Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
, I. q2 t0 n. K) `* ~ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
7 \$ T. m6 |$ ~* L Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
