Key Responsibilities:
7 D' X: x9 s" n: B! O) N, b' Z To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
; r6 }8 c- ^" G  |  g6 @0 X, q To help promote the program in the community.
) h9 p$ L3 i$ a1 A& d# M$ ]9 j; G3 H9 T0 f To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
6 N( _' _% Y! e$ J# r To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
3 F9 v- I0 f+ ?; C, ~9 l9 x To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
4 u8 M$ H: U; @. |$ [% b 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
8 Z! }' @5 j* E* V4 T Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
! t5 z* |0 v4 B6 {: P Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance

Hourly salary range is $8 to $10/hour
