 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
9 m1 X- j* @7 m& n To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
; z0 E2 x1 ~$ I$ Q  x& j' U6 U; k To help promote the program in the community.
" F0 o: y* t, @; G. r To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
8 c0 h0 G2 L- t" U9 Y3 |: V$ `' { To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
- x* x# r/ V5 U6 [' F9 K  r To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
! ]7 e3 \. }/ Q4 U  X Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
3 T# e, W& s4 t5 c- ~$ }  Q6 T9 `( x Current CPR and First Aid certifications
) D6 B6 a+ J# _3 A! j0 z Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
