有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.
   
旁邊的朋友建議找醫護人員，

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
3 e% r0 h* G9 _# y1 b" O2 YSometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,

1 \* B6 c4 M, M不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
7 J7 F; g* E$ ^( yYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
; S' r! Q% b* E7 x# w+ c身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
  \8 [' {) O" @3 w5 AIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
6 d4 \; o" W( R* Q   
' ]8 A! R$ ]# m  z. T5 I" S; F2 q- H中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
" Q7 [5 n! U1 U) j$ x$ C# k% y0 }# eThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
5 y- o  C- R* W! {2 ]- GAsk the patient to smile
   
+ U, P5 ], {6 L0 qT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
8 k; [  I) j$ F( Q. B，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
2 e7 `  g6 A4 B! QAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
4 l$ m7 j9 ^: K3 M+ j0 u   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
3 K  @6 v& X$ g( LOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
# X7 a3 T  ?' [   
- `! }3 n2 i( [, G  j. b) g上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
