screenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern

; Z5 ^! K+ g/ vJob Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the # _* _/ p6 W" v, m% a
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as ; ~( N' U' T7 Z' ]' ^- }; q# u# z
well as the script, magazine and book library.

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library * D4 C" @5 o( h" Z- ?0 \2 o2 y
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books ?* P4 R" [; w* ]' s& ^0 v
- Implement a catalogue template for future use
- h4 R5 [+ `, N; O3 _/ h- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
- p6 Q; f0 x# b G# x5 Q3 F' c' T3 h- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- Length of position: 10 consecutive weeks

- A passionate interest in film, video and media arts
