FAVA is currently looking for a Librarian to join the FAVA team for 10 weeks in the & U& |( U9 V, N7 W

support the production and exhibition of film, video and media artists from Northern 9 u: S* j! }: W. L# I. A3 R/ U

; D/ ~, S$ o9 dand media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a

screenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern 4 }3 F9 w0 f; C0 N+ a7 ^+ v

FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as * i& z9 F, y0 W5 R. l+ ~
well as the script, magazine and book library.

- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
! R6 F) F9 s, Z' u e* v- Implement a catalogue template for future use
5 d: t* q: ]$ s# n( v+ {2 Q- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure ( n; S( n. Z& G0 [
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable 7 @% E* ]# r2 E# R! P

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience or training in library sciences preferred
