Job Description: The Film, Video & Media Arts Assistant will report to the Executive
+ z' E8 Q, d' V* o6 k. SDirector and work with the Production Coordinator and Maintenance Coordinator by n! u" x* x, r2 R1 m* m
assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Production Department. 7 P5 x0 ^" W2 v [5 p

- Assist with research on acquisition grants 3 r; c7 J' c# W: a& O
- Assist with production and post-production gear and facilities - w% t" e# Y4 T. \+ q
- Assist with equipment maintenance q1 I: ?7 V# e" R/ C
- Assist with production logistics for programming events
$ W* `5 p) U( h7 G) k' |- Assist with communication with members and interoffice staff
# k$ `% b4 I9 P. K1 `- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- A passionate interest in film, video and media arts

- Advance skills of current trends in technology i.e. HD
