0 J  X) }5 W! \( ?7 D. sKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
( q) B$ K* n$ u: G# v( |; O) k To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
$ Q) _0 N, y' p) C( l/ d/ E# W To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
. Q6 B) h5 L3 t" l To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
& W. q9 ]8 {7 ~$ T5 s To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

0 H" l5 S/ d# n; n$ }Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
  o/ f. z+ z% N; Q  j Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
" z' k& f  `, g: @7 H8 N) J Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
