F" M+ u3 Y4 c, P0 Z; YKey Responsibilities:3 e, i# U# ?3 }) ]/ v" q
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
" S" {. N# j$ y6 F/ P To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs1 b' l1 I& g* Y( X
 To help promote the program in the community.
; f5 m- X, u9 ^, {' V% T To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
5 I3 @% v. p) P& k' K/ X0 m6 v To supervise volunteers assigned to the program. {4 l2 f0 _+ C) ~. c! e; S$ ]
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
+ O4 I4 o, p3 [! E# X# G, O To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
! _0 K- Y' ^( B To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.# u% N7 i# b) t) W

Qualifications: (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
/ t0 c9 b% o! {: t3 Q0 K 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
! _8 F% }8 n/ h* D, A Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.* s# K7 w B7 |9 q
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
6 J+ S0 T5 n, V Current CPR and First Aid certifications/ B. h6 F- F: ]8 S2 m' g
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance% F2 X0 v0 f3 ~" V* K9 f
