Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

Remarks:
. j3 f$ F1 {, a+ N. J5 Q1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2 o# z- w/ K" B& Q9 k. @! H2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
( u# N" p" ?& s' t4 p9 b: y% y1 [$ c3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
! Z" n* p7 f' p2 i5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
" V  j8 l7 b7 o/ ?! V4 t6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
