Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
' l: P+ O3 U8 u3 ^+ j. I8 v& @Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
7 d6 I) C% e! A, s2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
( l* T8 n* U1 ?% D, T( ~4 u$ Y3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
) G2 u! I$ I1 {' x% W4 F# Y4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
8 X) ]% W( L9 X6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

8 k: r1 ~# b  I( P* GWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
