- Organize focus group(s)
" z' a. m7 U, e- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
1 Y+ _) U9 ~* d) L- Recruit children for summer program
+ m0 R& V; K% Z8 S: J- Provide orientation for parents
# @5 Q, G) I. z7 _6 j+ o- Find sponsors to enhance program
0 p. Q) ^6 ^0 j8 a- Supervise volunteer(s)
8 `) _) |0 j, {  {; o+ u9 S- Prepare final report for funding agency

& y5 i: d& f2 n) Y/ [Qualifications:
9 \) F  }- R' r, h( c. Q$ I
; k/ g6 ]# L& S) u( u3 E- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
6 L, p7 o9 C# Q- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
  P) ?! Z2 s# M2 ?- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
2 Z3 k8 d3 s6 Q# a' H5 Y- leadership abilities
; n9 x6 p) V" w; B+ A2 Z' Y- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary

: Q' i: V" c  S  l8 F$ w- $10.50/hr for 30 hours/week, June 1 to August 31, 2005
