We require an enthusiastic, details-oriented Project Assistant for the successful development and delivery of an interesting, fast-paced project. : L$ |! s7 h! V# y9 U. w$ ~
0 y3 j" F% |- i1 P" r* o) wDuties may include, but are not limited to: performing general office administration duties (drafting documents/reports, preparing & maintaining files, inputting-updating financial records); undertaking research; converting prepared information into various formats (e.g. interactive/static); responding to a variety of inquiries; liaising with charitable sector organizations.

: n' @ h* ]6 F; u. ]You possess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong communication and organizational skills; demonstrated knowledge of office administration, basic bookkeeping procedures, and computer skills (MS Office and Adobe InDesign); ability to multitask; good attention to detail; professional demeanour.
