寻JM参加YOGA 班

长期不锻炼，肩膀有时候压力大了极其难受。我准备参加WHYTE AVE上一个叫 LOTUS SOUL GYM 的STUDIO参加初级班。以前上学的时候学过，不过现在都忘了。有朋友愿意一起的话，做个伴吧。详细资料GOOGLE一下就知道了。我准备报周五晚上或者周日白天的。有兴趣PM 我哦。谢谢。

It's on 10427 80 Avenue, called Bikram Yoga. It is hot yoga~

Ah, I know that place. I went there a couple times with my girlfriends. It was pretty intense. I think I will pass :-) Mostly I just wanted to improve my flexibility but would like to try hot yoga now and then just to feel the steam :-)

Spalady has Yoga class? Think it is somewhere in Heritage Centre. I have a gf going there. I will check into it.
