UOA，是租学生宿舍还是在校外租房？

在大学寝室住的话，有一种叫做lister hall的寝室，两个人一个房间，公共卫生间，公共厨房，是188每月。如果是一个人一个房间，房间里面带卫生间的话，是五百多一个月。

$ L9 k2 M$ W0 |' b% ]/ I3 Q( _还有一种寝室楼，叫做HUB MALL,两人间，是每个人有自己的房间，一个客厅，一个厨房，是398每月。如果是四人间，是越层的房子，楼上两个房间，一个卫生间，楼下两个房间，一个客厅，一个厨房，一个储藏室，是288每月。如果是单人间的话，好像是将近700每月。

$ R, i7 H/ {& q, j8 J其他的寝室楼，像NEWTON PLACE我不大了解，是蛮贵的，要比HUB 和LISTER贵很多。。

- B3 {" ]" ?$ d/ j& }3 c. U至于出去租房子住，好像每个月300-400左右吧，根据房子的位置决定的。

如此说来，在外面租房和在学校住，费用相差不多？

谁能比较一下，如果自己要煮的话，费用如何？住校和住外面的区别？

住校最大的好处我想就是离学校近，省车费。但是如果买吃得都很鬼火很不方便的话，如何？

我个人认为还是在外面租房好点！舒服，宽敞，比学校的小破地方要好的多，但是你必须要有个好的ROOMMATE，要是有男女朋友就更好了，但是你要是有钱的话，那就另当别论了！

If you live on campus, the best thing is that you don't need to buy bus pass so you can save 54 dollars a months. The second advantage is saving time, and you don't need to get up very early in the morning, especially in winter.

Lister Center is only for first&second-year students, but 3rd year students can apply for Schaffer hall which is more expensive than the other three halls there.
