一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

4 G. H0 }! Z/ a/ i+ A4 g1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

  g0 o+ m# w) H( s* {8 E2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

once you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.
as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5

first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
