What shall "亚省中国电工协会" do ?

"亚省中国电工协会" has established more than one month.  And people including many chinese electricians, non electricians, and sure, most of them so called " Fake Electricians" , are altogether busy arguing from one topic to another. A dumb person like me could not understand who is right, who is not. It seems both sides have enough reasons to support their ideas.

So my quesiton to "亚省中国电工协会" are:

  O9 U5 i4 f9 g" {% T/ F- vWhy we need to establish a "亚省中国电工协会" or What is the main goal or objective?
# r9 p' P2 u: K5 |/ o$ y0 CShall "亚省中国电工协会" protect the right for "real"  Chinese electricians and re-gain the reputation from the public by supporting the government conducting reference check , or support all Chinses "electricians" from the current crisis against the government....?

Who are 亚省中国电工协会 going to protect? Please put this as one of the most important agenda  at the next meeting?
