That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw ; A8 P# [0 O! `
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw / O' _. Z! m. W1 ]' U
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act " ~) }6 b9 P% [6 T( v/ P
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club 8 j# [. c3 _. [6 E: c; \: _, W) Q5 _
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club + Q) Z% B7 @- K( b9 q
Note: The restricted dog definition does NOT include any dog that is registered, or eligible for registration, with the Canadian Kennel Club as a purebred Staffordshire Bull Terrier or American Staffordshire Terrier. ; }6 q5 K5 w+ Q
