个人理解wage就是基本按照时间（小时）工或者计件工，在这里overtime就是1.5倍，所以二月和三月可能有很大不同，差别可能是（23-20）/ 20 = 15% 9 K% j, P" _# T+ t, ~1 y6 Msalary是月工资，每个月工资固定，二月和三月一样。
