埃德蒙顿一家IT公司需要从中国招聘一批IT人士，由中介公司帮助办理工作签证。要求：
1、人品好（诚恳、忠诚）
2、技术好（有多年本行业工作经验，对本职工作高度熟练）

个人感到有点象20世纪末21世纪初国内的移民中介 -- 国内戏称人贩子. 说到底就是钻政府空子, 帮忙移民, 赚取大量的中介费. 目的不是提供就业机会, 也不是以做技术为主.
