Can I mail laptop from China?

My laptop broke yesterday. I have a new one in China now. I am not sure this can be mailed from there? The Canadian Border prohibits mailing electronic device or not?

变通一下吧，LZ可以请国内的家人、朋友把laptop卖了，然后在加拿大再买，那就不存在关税问题。
