4 y( Y* B3 T$ l" T* x5 j+ f+ J  @Position Abstract: responsible for the administration, supervision/management of a comprehensive volunteer program that supports CKUA Radio's mission, vision and strategic plan, this full time position also supervises any support resources required to administer the functions of the volunteer department.

8 [) l  G) F2 w$ z$ hKey Responsibilities: volunteer recruitment, development/implementation of a volunteer recognition program, training volunteers, development of policy &  procedures that support the volunteer program, administering a volunteer record keeping system. PLUS: responsible for working with CKUA's nine Volunteer Chapters located throughout Alberta by providing them with guidelines, operating processes & training.

: ?8 t# P# h  r$ _9 o8 \Qualifications: formal training in a post secondary program of study geared to volunteer management/experience working with volunteers in a charitable organization essential; experience working in a unionized environment is desired. Some travel required.
