Hours are 28-35 hrs per week (negotiable), and may require some evenings/weekends - to start early to mid November. ! {- a1 n& P2 C t1 g6 q7 OResponsibilities: coordinate program plans involving social entrepreneurship & target marketing; supervise Education Services staff; participate as a member of The Support Network's Leadership Team; assist in the development of program related budgets, reports, proposals; coordinate bookings/workshop development; expand & develop external relationships to benefit program; deliver workshops.( B" T( X; w' g
' F# a' k& r( ?& @" ?; RYou Have: post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education/training/experience; minimum 2 years supervisory experience; experience in Human Services and with business planning, marketing/program development; knowledge of suicide, family violence & crisis intervention.

; |1 c" _$ Z0 m4 @/ vPlus: knowledge/experience with Adult Education; excellent written/oral communication & computer skills (including power point); the willingness to work with grace under pressure to meet deadlines; the ability to problem solve & the ability to work in a team environment.
