, E. P  U$ [$ J: k0 l' v2 } We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

8 Y) b/ I. J! w) p/ E* a+ hDuties:
9 }% b& s' l" _+ c) ~5 o8 L•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
9 I& Y+ o7 ~0 B5 f% j•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
% Q( Q7 h6 E# w. q) M+ A" Z•        Degree in the area of human services;
% i* _% p* I- n; ^( c5 b( j9 w$ U•        Able to travel extensively ;
  I( a* P; `8 ~& t" u, b: j•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
. `" s1 n" F2 e•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
