Position Title: Administrator

7 m$ p1 @7 k* g7 ~General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

$ \) R2 r1 ]% WAccounting and Admin:
+ l; t6 W' o$ a% o, po Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.. ?% j- ?4 M1 W' ^. s7 h
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
) B8 S1 p& N+ @o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
) C% n6 T7 E) c: e" c- eo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.) u( S3 d( V6 |. N
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department. ]4 S$ M6 K2 ?! H4 n+ f
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
3 o; }& ^* j, C' m6 Ho Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
" x: C: d& c; W. l" Y8 ?, Wo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.& X! J8 Q4 U$ w8 l6 e
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.+ c4 q+ O6 P5 M/ P
Operational:
4 t3 U2 _9 _; O4 Q1 Zo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
* \0 _6 N5 V" i& \* F2 _, ?3 h; e, Po Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
) j. |! ]6 N$ U& W. \7 Go Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
: l o& u& I( Y9 no Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
7 C$ \- E J. Y9 L, ?& P/ PClerical:
' h1 U9 K& K+ ?5 |- P7 ? Co Telephone and reception.+ h8 ?! n+ W6 T) R' y
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
$ j' e; z7 B0 ~; B# t2 qo Hotel and travel bookings.
& A6 t5 r% Q7 [& N/ Z8 C: o9 f7 jo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
2 u2 F. t( _ D2 G3 vo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.. \& O: B0 `* y4 B4 v( i/ g! p
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.+ H" t5 w3 K" H
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
