Major Responsibilities: % G$ U$ W( Q1 G* G( i
5 m) b7 e4 {: x( l, WGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.
1 i/ a4 D; u" L% |8 w. c( k; @# L, d7 g$ z7 e5 n+ |
Accounting and Admin:& P. V6 ?1 V- r' i; K
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
$ R- f6 X- R; W" W9 O; `$ ?; Q3 l0 Ao Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing./ J: D+ n5 X! ~" }2 e% D
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
& |9 t) s% d2 d5 m9 W4 i% w, qo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.; h0 B8 t+ T; X$ e
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.. j% I3 w8 t L K* Z6 M) R
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.' l5 Q! z3 v, r+ y
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
a$ h5 ` ~) K6 y$ w& y w5 Xo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
0 s! g/ Z; V. S2 `3 D( Fo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

$ K! e+ ^/ B1 v/ l4 h0 h0 G! `8 Ho Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
/ i! B7 J4 S# C$ bo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
& F; h; _8 a# X# ?5 Jo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
" V ^4 V, `. _0 H4 A! io Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

! q. r) G6 X0 k, Q! @- ^, ~o Telephone and reception.
3 ]3 y/ \, Q, o+ w( P( Q4 ^o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.! Q1 ]8 a9 T/ Y0 G8 P
o Hotel and travel bookings.
7 ^7 d4 u# J( ^o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
# ?) `; F+ N& o& Y) fo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.) p7 m7 ^, X. D: F+ ^% [
o General office filing.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned./ N& T0 v! X1 m) {! P& j, ?

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
