street and 48 ave and closed to Michener Park ( University of Alberta family student residence).

The rent is $699  and it covers all the utilities ( electricity, gas and water).

I can discount 100 dollars for the first month. It means you only pay $599 for April. It is on the tenth floor and it has a very beautiful view.
