Driver killed in early morning Edmonton crash

Police said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m., B$ n6 T+ t1 M- v0 N
Officers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed.+ l. d' [, r8 d! P' h# a
The male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash.
