我们刚买了一处房子（2006年建）。本星期五交房。尚未过户。事前我们请了HOOUSE INSPECTOR。根据他出具的报告，没有问题。今天我们在最后一次看房时，发现主卧室卫生间的大浴缸出现了一条裂纹。在HOUSE INSPECTION 和最后一次看房之间，现在的房主修理过浴缸边上的瓷砖。我们一时不知道如何处理为好。时间紧急。恳请各位大侠提供帮助。
Is there any item in the contract which mentions that the seller should warrant the attached and uattached goods are in normal working order? 5 T2 Q6 @" } w+ z. r9 W4 H) M. b9 @1 [+ h5 f" i0 x
