近日，埃德蒙顿公立教育局与加拿大Kentrexs公司签暑协议，将对中国留学生在埃德蒙顿的服务支持工作全部委托给Kentrexs中国留学生服务办公室负责，此举动将使新入加学习的中国学生获得更多、更全面的学生综合服务，为新学生顺利开始在埃德蒙顿的学习和生活提供了更高的保障。

下面是Kentrexs Ent. Ltd.致留学生的一封信：

Student Support
1. Meet with students at least once in a month if needed by visiting them at their homestays, schools,
or at Edmonton Office.

向学校问询学生在校表现并将情况通过EPS 驻华办发给学生家长。
4. Forward student’s report cards and attendance reports etc to parents thru EPS China Office by
FAX or e-mail. Due to the Privacy Act in Canada, this service is available only to those ones who
requested in writing.
用传真或电子邮件的形式转发学生在校成绩记录及出勤记录，并通过EPS 驻华办公室发给学

5. Assist students to find private tutors, arranging after class or out-of-school academic tutoring, if

6. Mediating between students and homestay or schools should there be any dispute or
misunderstanding.
