Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

1 t) j- L" \; k0 w) u(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
6 O# L8 x. l  ^- z$ q' k' j; dHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- ^9 x, m1 F9 M1 i! W9 Q" ~
Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

- U+ ^/ X& j) x$ v! @Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

2 q& V4 e  u% T(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
9 a, t4 A2 d! C1 k$ r# b  X1 k! D% TWhere: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
