( ^3 `- n/ P: t( ]$ eThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

# K! B& ]/ {3 G- K/ QHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

, o. J8 h$ z3 W0 U6 |: K% W= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
7 ?% a! `% Q% e. }( u- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
* h4 p# K! g5 W  Z) v$ W- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

! j- H' A% R3 g* a) h# e- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
