- I  j  E" h- E1 q/ IThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

/ ]$ m* ?6 I: z: H" R# bHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

1 z5 ]) J1 o/ d/ K- u$ N+ x= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
  |9 @( Q" p2 M: B' x( {9 B+ f8 T1 r9 h- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
! M* H. N1 w' Y5 N. f! q- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
