The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
1 @8 f: z8 d' W6 days and 5 nights

( _/ c  q4 h/ cHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

' F6 h1 l# N* V: D9 vPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

! l. @7 Y. j6 Z" \' w; J8 Q= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
! o. z- n' E, q* _( x$ n" }- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
$ O1 }) N/ u, z- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
% P* k( [4 e* H; n- f0 r/ V- A Tour Guide from Vancouver
& \4 T( ~/ n+ k9 R" w6 u
And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
