$ A, f" l  Z2 x2 t; K, Z. [The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

3 L6 b- m6 q, ~! m+ x! sHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
3 Q* x9 G+ l" V0 ]& D! c- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
+ p7 `0 j7 a4 S* j  u4 j- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- m9 H+ R4 S( @0 ~- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
