The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

2 W# _1 Q8 ~- dHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

, a4 V) y5 u+ t1 YPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

* ^  B& K; R) X' C= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
+ O- E0 V& ~- u  z, \6 mThis price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
$ P* j+ n' W1 I- R- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
+ d! t5 j3 r% `0 I) X% G. n: G- Bus Parking
+ q( R" S+ y) [3 i8 I" O- The return Boat fare to Victoria
& s6 Z0 D8 ^8 W. H  B; ]) j- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
