0 J) o( U/ c% K& DThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
: T& i8 e4 u; s4 j; x6 i6 days and 5 nights

- u$ z8 F6 J: g+ O8 _Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

- v* k- l: U( KPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

3 t! ?1 p% }' F0 {$ l. |4 b= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
; Q: B( t: K% l, l4 x- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
