2 d$ B( X- u# b7 A6 oWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele

Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers! W3 w l0 Y( x& G
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
7 X/ C6 \7 \9 E6 b& o& LWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program4 A# Q0 [6 i; n2 N- V: m% Q' g; E
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
0 N; G/ A: G& y' PMinimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
' Z4 k# f7 k% P3 [9 hExperience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL). w1 N- ~7 `7 Y% A
Strong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
