Salary range: $3559 - $4540 per month

2 d$ B( X- u# b7 A6 oWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
( P$ d6 W  G2 L' e) `& IResponsible for specialization in workstation image management
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
7 X/ C6 \7 \9 E6 b& o& LWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
2 B3 N( {& S$ PEdits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
; x6 }. g" L* \- x4 j6 ]! ^Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases
Qualifications
Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
0 N; G/ A: G& y' PMinimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
' Z4 k# f7 k% P3 [9 hExperience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
Strong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
