离埃德蒙顿市区太远，上班不方便。在Spruce Grove 买个condo 比Edmonton还贵。如一年后房子价格下跌超过$26130，即投资回报超过-10%。不要生气，一年后，至少下跌10%！而且，2005年和2006年开工，Edmonton 南边的房子，将在今年年底和明年上半年大量上市，等着看吧。

补充一句，还是楼花。今年年中Edmonton南边的Condo, 现楼将大量上市。价钱不详。
