Both "intentionally / unintentionally" and "either consciously or unconsciously" are correct!
Thisi s the tricky part when we learn a foreign language.

有意识没有意识的意思是：下意识，所以应该是subconsciously

Did it without thinking.因为我觉得楼上大家用的所有单词似乎都是大单词，都不是口语单词。估计有人知道很地道的口语用法。

如果用口语表达“有意”应该是：ON PURPOSE。例如：YOU SAID THAT ON PURPOSE。

intentionally, purposely/on purpose都应该是“故意”的意思吧。比如说“他故意把厕所堵了。”

个人观点，“有意”和“故意”应该是不同的吧？“有意”不一定有恶意，但“故意”大部分是“心怀叵测，恶意居多”。
intentionally, purposely/on purpose都是“故意”.
