then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.1 A& {* ^' k9 ?: H; S0 ?4 Q0 }* B
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.+ v: b2 o: i8 H+ W! v
