# Price changes: 242 (235)
# Expired Listings: 151 (136)
# U, Y6 b; _/ }, p& v3 m' K# Canceled, withdrawn and terminated listings: 53 (82)
4 E  A  x2 u. D$ J* q9 o6 QNet loss/gain in listings this week: 169 (174)
Active listings for single family homes: 2625 (2584)
Active listings for condos: 1928 (1817)

. J. _9 i2 {3 f% Y. B# i  C; {Just like last week, lots of new listings this week, but the inventory hasn't jumped as much as I thought it might. I still expect to see more listings coming online in the next few weeks, still at a faster pace than sales. Have a great weekend everyone!
