Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
  }0 H! g" W$ |•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
3 b8 |  x8 t3 T( I# k; }•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
+ K8 i6 r% P. f3 Z8 g# @•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
1 W: p  F- ]5 z% F# m9 I•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
* ~6 q; T/ t; x& f•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
! e; L* l% x6 d* {6 G: t, P•        Manage personal backlog of projects
+ v! e& P9 q$ y! g5 Y1 H6 D* p•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
