Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
4 {3 n" W/ ~' y  U•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
9 a% H+ M' O6 U* _•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
/ D, L; u. B1 {, x•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
* ?% N- s! f5 e. P, |; z: y/ l•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
