cliché really means overused, predictable, 陈词滥调, 了无新意. for example, in chinese shows, to imply that a woman is pregnant , she will always suddenly rush into the washroom and start to vomit, that's a cliche scene. so cliche!) V2 w& s+ O8 R2 x' J
but not rouma at all.2 @' S4 f/ o% p6 m" T% o9 V
so far I think "cheesy" is really THE word, as per the slang dic. |
