Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
; }0 d* ^% E2 c0 r" n' {% h i-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok./ F/ h3 V. U0 I+ d& ~3 n# i
-Other questions:
5 f9 Y0 q* r$ w% S. BManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).. F/ U) M0 ^ \# k! c
! n n0 ~0 A. M" `4 I5 C2 Y9 v, @Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.7 |6 F" S$ v6 K6 t$ p8 u7 M

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

8 C+ E& A* \+ v( h$ MThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

/ |1 e4 B; a# e( MOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

% M% t& ?7 n) \HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.8 ^: w/ J. v! [( |
$ h: e* \/ b# D( D" y2 PHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).% s( M7 p! @% D) L, S4 N

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.# ~ W- A5 s! Q4 ~
