Interview 1: by manager and technical leader a. Q# {; @+ n9 g
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.) d' R' B: b' X1 e

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).7 e! n6 g. w+ ^ u$ x/ O

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.4 w+ F3 d$ b/ L1 ?, Q* V

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.2 _ r/ v) H ]- X6 N

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.& F/ B$ ~: q4 O. q) b2 ?! L
* x2 Z8 Q# F/ E/ m4 \( Q" `One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.3 k, x. k* u2 T' L3 Y+ o( N4 q
1 Q) R7 b& ~& K5 XHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.3 Z( ?% ]% v M% ], v
! z( q7 q* l3 W/ NHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20)." h! A& S: }3 Z- }

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.- @# H3 c; j* R/ H4 U

One hour later, I got a reject email! U5 Z; N2 m) d' I3 m- B: H

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
