Interview 1: by manager and technical leader0 O" B0 r" W- x
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.7 |( P7 o, H. N
-Other questions:0 L- s/ ^8 \' @: s6 }* R2 w, Z
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).$ b! _. l1 B/ g) e9 P

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.3 K$ Z6 ?" w; d5 R

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

. y; a- h* \- j [0 L$ HOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.# X( r8 k# _$ q1 k1 p& z
% M4 p$ x, f: i0 a; U" t9 A0 I" f
HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

- H4 H# H5 O, t. ~5 D8 JHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).8 }7 ?1 e$ t( Z' M1 W
' E/ r6 B$ T1 K% v: _, `HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.' }& p$ J# R8 r' M0 U4 x
