Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
$ E3 b* z; N" n7 o) E! I0 K" WAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
, o: S8 K& _: ~$ AThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
' n& t& u5 }( a8 b! S5 w+ `$ EI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
