Community Services requires individuals to provide quality customer service to the public at community leisure centres across the City. As a Recreation Facility Attendant you will:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade with emphasis on general office practice or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved school/college.9 {! I$ C T+ v' D; |% N- o$ F

Some experience in customer service, cash handling, and computer applications.6 F4 J1 q2 a s" z8 V) b/ P

Assets: Customer service training and familiarity with a variety of computer software programs, including point of sale, registration software and other facility related computerized equipment. In addition, knowledge and experience in the fitness industry.# D4 Q4 V0 O+ s8 j
Note: A security clearance is a condition of employment. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Security Clearance letter from the Edmonton Police Department. 1 d& b: R- X* b: r3 d) \

9 x& y, \5 c5 [: FUp to 30 hours per week, Sunday to Saturday. Early morning, evening and weekends may be required.' Z9 i9 @& `7 Y2 h7 ~. S
Shifts vary based on facility operating hours, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

SALARYRANGE:
- b0 N3 I0 H$ Y8 I21B, Salary Grade: 003, $14.55 - $17.97 (Hourly). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
