& E: w9 i' y. a- Y% B$ d  愁都与我们无关，舞姿歌声都发自我们心底。不需要专业的培训，也没有华丽
: g+ x- p5 L! z1 Y/ b' j9 c  的装饰，却可以尽情秀出自己的风采、个性、特点。我们靠的是一份热情，凭
  的是一份执着，要的是你的参与，盼望的是你的捧场。
  
节目的内容不限，可以是独唱、合唱、舞蹈、相声、小品、话剧，或是一些才
  艺表演（如钢琴演奏等）。另征:晚会主持人.晚会VOLUNTEER若干名.灯光,音

  First call for actors -- CSSA Evening Party for 2008 Chinese New Year

The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University
; K: w0 _' g6 Q2 V: M of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the
eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and
1 ]6 y: U6 k/ ~/ T- f* M% k customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on
this broad land.
) Q# Y, i9 s0 S5 N
We encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to
contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and
1 X& I; q, D  _/ A- J talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in
% Z5 }: K+ n/ C4 c$ A' R performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show
9 f8 `6 F$ i$ \/ W ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in
Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a
lot of fun, like what we did before.

0 O! O9 p7 ~$ ~3 C3 OAs far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs
sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),
( D6 s( |  F: V9 ~6 M" S5 ] stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any
( r1 D) }2 ^* j2 z# D performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your
program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since
CSSA executives want to have a show collectively.

- \4 ^' i* G- @' K; _Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also
on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
- Z) i1 W# M; L: @/ `# f; } control.
