Can any friends tell me if I ask a broker to help me sell my old house and buy a new one at the same time, how will he charge me for the brokerage. I heard before that if I change my home by the same broker, I will not be charged for the brokerage fee, is that correct? Thanks a lot for any information that will provided!!!
