这个区不错。同样的新房，估计在Builder那儿新建要65万以上，建好还得等1年多。有条件的同学可以看看。

I recognize the layout of this house. It's called "New Castle", built by Mac & Mitch. You can choose the same spec home from the builder for $520k as of now. Why buy it from a flipper for $600k?

现在529平米的LOT在那片，得＄200K以上吧，照那么算，现在不用＄320K可以造2400SQFT的房子了？

0 }4 z# C1 z7 s/ zI just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.

529.2 平米 的 Lot Size上 建了 2419 尺 的房子，估计没什么院子了吧。

对新房子来说，5700sqft的lot也不算小啦。要想lot大，就只能买旧房了。
