I have already stated that, in the same area, $520k can buy you a base model with about 470 sq meter lot. A larger lot, such as this one, would cost $20k more, and choosing the extension would cost another $20k~$40k.. s$ \& l; Z/ s" w- Z& _. Q8 U2 S" d4 I8 \

I would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price.
